ABOUT
1. Introduction
Welcome to Multi-Perspective AI, coaching intelligence designed for coaches, leaders, physicians, and healthcare professionals. Multi-Perspective AI considers nine perspectives, not just the three or so humans and AI tend to lean on. Instantly you get fresh insights.
The result? Hidden patterns become visible. Complexity gets simpler. Conflict turns into clarity. Tensions are resolved.
Multi-Perspective AI lifts up your thinking powers and (self) coaching impact across work, leadership, well-being, life, relationships, and health.
For you, or people you guide, when you need fresh thinking...want to find what you're missing...or explore what's on your mind...
2. Source of the Nine Perspectives
The source of the nine perspectives is the Moore Multiplicity Model, developed since 2012 by coaching leader Margaret Moore, aka Coach Meg, having launched three coaching organizations and an executive coaching practice. Meg is founder and CEO of Wellcoaches Corporation, co-founder of the Institute of Coaching, and co-founder of the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
The model synthesizes decades of well-being, personality, coaching, and leadership science into nine universal perspectives. Each represents a way of thinking, valuing, and acting in the world.
Everyone has access to these nine perspectives, albeit often over-used or under-used. Multi-Perspective AI enables us to understand, apply, balance, and improve one or more of these perspectives over time, and help others do the same.
Analyzing situations through nine perspectives, Multi-Perspective AI expands your cognitive repertoire and (self) coaching intelligence. You'll enjoy fresh insights, see natural tensions and synergies among perspectives, and turn conflicts into strengths: new strategies, skills, and habits. Then you'll help others do the same.
3. The Nine Perspectives
"What do facts and patterns tell us?"
The Thinker perspective analyzes data, identifies patterns, and builds logical frameworks. It asks: What's objectively true? What evidence do we have? What patterns emerge? This perspective excels at systematic analysis and rational problem-solving.
"How are people feeling?"
The Relational perspective attunes to others' emotions, needs, and social dynamics. It asks: How are others experiencing this? What do people need? How can we strengthen connections? This perspective excels at empathy and relationship management.
"What measurable outcomes by when?"
The Achiever perspective focuses on results, efficiency, and goal-achievement. It asks: What needs to be achieved? By when? What metrics matter? This perspective excels at execution and delivering tangible results.
"What out-of-the box approaches?"
The Creative perspective generates novel possibilities and reimagines constraints. It asks: What is we tried something different? What possibilities exist? What haven't we seeing? This perspective excels at innovation and visionary thinking.
"What could go wrong?"
The Regulator perspective identifies risks, maintains stability, and ensures safety. It asks: What are the risks? What needs protection? What's proven to work? This perspective excels at risk management and quality assurance.
"What immediate opportunities?"
The Adventurer perspective seizes present moments and responds to opportunities. It asks: What's possible right now? What opportunities exist? What experiences call us? This perspective excels at adaptability and seizing opportunities.
"What's right regardless of consequences?"
The Autonomy perspective honors personal values and authentic truth. It asks: What do I value? What feels authentic? What's my truth? This perspective excels at integrity and values-based decision-making.
"What would strengthen capability?"
The Confidence perspective builds agency and expands capacity. It asks: What can I influence? How can I grow stronger? What's within my control? This perspective excels at empowerment and capability building.
"What does this mean for purpose/legacy?"
The Meaning-Maker perspective connects to deeper purpose and lasting significance. It asks: What matters in the long term? What's my legacy? What's the bigger picture? This perspective excels at purpose-driven wisdom.

- Your data stays private — Your conversations can’t be read by anyone, except when there is a security or technical issue which may require temporary disabling of encryption by an administrator to resolve.
Login & Security
- Secure login system — Your account uses industry-standard security for safe sign-in.
- Protected sessions — Your login sessions expire automatically to keep your account secure.
- Password protection — Your passwords are never stored except by the Amazon Web Services secure authentication service.

Data Sharing
- We never sell your data — Your conversation data is never sold or shared with third parties.
- You control sharing — Only you can export conversations using the Share button.

9. How Is This Different?
Multi-Perspective AI stands apart from other AI tools in several key ways:
Structured Cognitive Framework
Rather than general conversation, Multi-Perspective AI uses the scientifically-grounded Nine Perspectives framework to systematically analyze situations from multiple angles. This ensures comprehensive thinking rather than ad-hoc responses.
Coaching Intelligence Focus
Designed specifically for personal growth, professional development, and coaching applications. Each analysis builds capacity and helps you develop stronger thinking skills over time.
Specialized Methods
Offers 15+ specialized methods (QUICK, PATTERN, CONFLICT, INNER PEACE, etc.) tailored to different types of challenges and levels of complexity, from quick daily decisions to deep strategic planning.
Transparency
Makes the reasoning process visible by showing which perspectives are active and why, helping you develop your own multi-perspective thinking skills.
10. Important Limitations
Multi-Perspective AI is a powerful tool for expanding thinking and coaching intelligence, but it has important limitations you should understand:
What Multi-Perspective AI Does NOT Do
- Not therapy or mental health treatment — While helpful for personal reflection and growth, this tool is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health care. If you're experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
- Not medical advice — MPAI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical advice. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.
- Not legal or financial advice — This tool provides perspective and analysis, not professional legal, financial, or regulatory guidance.
- Not a replacement for human judgment — AI can expand your thinking, but you remain responsible for your decisions. Use AI insights as input, not as automatic answers.
- Not infallible — Like all AI systems, it can make mistakes, miss nuances, or reflect biases in its training data. Always apply critical thinking to AI-generated content.
- No real-time information — Multi-Perspective AI doesn't access current news, events, or personal data beyond what you share in the conversation.
- No memory across conversations — Each conversation is independent. Multi-Perspective AI is designed to not retain memory of previous conversations so you get fresh thinking.
Best Practices
- Use Multi-Perspective AI to supplement your own thinking and professional expertise, not replace it.
- Verify important insights with trusted colleagues, mentors, or professionals in relevant fields.
- Trust your own judgment when AI suggestions don't feel right for your situation.
- Seek qualified professional help for serious personal, medical, legal, or financial matters.
